I went to Olya yesterday for Botox, and I’m so glad I did! The procedure was quick, easy, and painless. I’ve had Botox before with someone else, and it usually stings, but with Olya, it didn’t at all. One thing I really appreciate about Olya is her excellent customer care. She includes a follow-up appointment to check everything is settling well and that you’re happy with the results. I’ll be going back in two weeks for the check-up, and honestly, this is a level of service I’ve never had with Botox before. Olya gave the most wonderful facial when I recently visited. I felt instantly comfortable and relaxed in Olya’s presence, and my skin was left plump and glowing when I left! I visited Olya to have my brow colour corrected after a scarred SPM procedure which made my brows look like they were lined and filled with a black marker pen! Olya managed to correct this by warming the tone of the eyebrows and it looks less like I’ve painted them on. I visited Olya for semi permanent eyeliner and eyebrows. She is an absolute professional and a genuine artist. She took great care to ensure the colour and contour of my eyebrows exactly complemented my colouring and face shape. I can’t recommend treatment with Olya enough. I was recommended by a friend to have a facial with Olya initially. It was so amazing I have continued to do so on many occasions. It was nothing like I experienced before in a facial and my skin was absolutely radiant after. Recently we visited Olya for a verruca removal on my daughter’s foot. My eyebrows were a mess, just orange stains after a procedure 7 years ago. I tried lots of times to find help, but couldn’t for various reasons, usually that it was impossible to get rid of the marks. By chance I found Olya,  what a blessing. Olya was very welcoming and quickly made me feel at ease. She worked in a professional manor throughout. Olya reassured me with my concernes having previously had semi permanent tattooed brows and took the time making sure my eyebrows were the perfect shape and colour for my face and I was able to adjust them as needed. This was the first time ever that I had done my eyebrows (which where over plucked thanks to the good old 90s 😉). Olya was extremely professional and explained all the different ways of doing semi permanent/microblading. My eyebrows look fantastic and most importantly natural. I have been going to Olya since 2017 when I was diagnosed with Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia. I have lost all of my eyebrows and now my lashes are going but with the SPMU, Olya has recreated my brows and lashes, to frame my face. Since having semi permanent make up it has restored my confidence and by having refreshes every 18 months keeps the colours vibrant. Olya is a lovely lady that makes you feel at ease and the salon is a really nice environment to have the treatment. It's worth the 2 hour round trip to know I'm in expert hands. Wow 🤩 from the moment I walked through the door Olya  made me feel totally at ease . First time SPMU user and from the moment I met Olya, I knew my virgin eyebrows would be in safe, professional and experienced hands. Olya was very honest and open, explained everything thoroughly in the consultation and I was so much looking forward to getting my eyebrows SMPU'd. The clinic premises are clean and welcoming. Olya chose exactly the perfect pigment colour and I am very happy with the shape. Olya is right .... the only regret you will have is that you haven't had it before! I had two different treatments with Olya, permanent eyeliner and botox and I'm absolutely delighted with the results.  Olya was extremely kind and knowledgeable about what would suit me and she put me at ease during the whole process.  I'm now excited to have my new eyebrows soon too. Olya was wonderful, very professional and friendly Having had a bad experience in the past I was nervous but needn’t be. The result is perfect, looks exactly as I had hoped. Olya drew the shape at consultation and showed the colour. Took me through step by step and voila…the brows I always wanted! As a blonde I have been drawing on my brows (badly!) for years.
