What is DR.CYJ Hair Filler?

DR.CYJ Hair Filler is delivered through a series of small injections into the agreed areas of the scalp. Its formulation combines non-animal hyaluronic acid with a peptide complex. Hyaluronic acid helps create a hydrated environment, while the peptides are designed to support signalling associated with scalp and follicle health.

This is not a hair transplant and it does not replace diagnosis or treatment from a GP, dermatologist or specialist hair-loss service. Hair shedding and thinning can have many causes, including hereditary pattern loss, illness, stress, nutritional deficiency, hormonal change, medication and inflammatory or scarring scalp conditions.

Who may be suitable?

The treatment may be considered for some adults experiencing general thinning or non-scarring hair loss. Suitability depends on the cause and pattern of the concern, the condition of the scalp, your medical history and the outcome you hope to achieve. Active scalp infection, inflammation or irritation needs to be resolved before injectable treatment is considered.

The NHS hair-loss guidance recommends seeing a GP to understand the cause before approaching a commercial hair clinic. This is especially important when hair loss is sudden, patchy, unexplained, associated with scalp symptoms or accompanied by other changes in your health.

What happens during treatment?

After consultation and consent, the scalp is assessed and the treatment area is agreed. The product is administered using multiple small injections across the selected area. Comfort measures, hygiene, possible side effects and aftercare are discussed with you in advance. Appointment length and the amount of product required depend on the size of the area being treated.

How many sessions are usually planned?

Product protocols commonly describe an initial course of four sessions spaced approximately two weeks apart. Your own hair loss treatment plan may differ, and maintenance is not automatic. Olya will recommend timing only after assessing your needs and will review your response before suggesting any further session.

Aftercare and realistic expectations

Temporary redness, tenderness, swelling, itching or bruising can occur around injection points. You will be told how to care for the scalp, what to avoid for the advised period and when to seek help. Contact the salon if a reaction is unexpected, worsening or concerning.

Hair growth follows a slow biological cycle, so change—if it occurs—is assessed over time rather than immediately. Results differ between people and depend on the underlying cause of hair loss, general health, treatment response and consistency with the agreed plan. Before-and-after photographs are illustrative and do not predict an individual result.

Please tell Olya about allergies, medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding, immune or inflammatory conditions, diabetes, current scalp problems, recent hair transplantation and any previous reaction to an injectable product. Treatment will not proceed where a contraindication is identified. A consultation is an assessment, not a guarantee that treatment will be offered.
