Payment & Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ AND TAKE NOTE

Please book your appointment & plan in advance. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment and allocate Olya’s time. If this deposit is not received the appointment can be cancelled without notice.

 

No Show Policy:

Any client that does not show for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Client Policy:

Olya screens all clients and reserves the right to refuse service.

No children under 18 are allowed in procedure room. We also ask that no small children are in waiting area as we want to provide the best relaxation atmosphere for our clients. Thank you for your understanding.

Two or more appointments may be necessary to achieve and complete most semi-permanent make-up procedures depending on each persons skin. It is recommended to have your follow-up up appointment within 4-6 weeks (not longer than 8 weeks) from your original procedure. You will have ONLY 1 free follow-up with your initial appointment. Any further work constitutes a new procedure and is charged accordingly.

If you do not book your free follow-up appointment at the same time as you book your initial procedure you will have to wait for the first available appointment which may delay your treatment.

 

Appointment Deposits & Reservations:

For consultation appointments, the payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your consultation appointment.

If the consultation payment is not received upon booking the booking will be cancelled without notice.

For procedure appointments, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your appointment time upon booking. This deposit will be deducted from the procedure price with the balance of payment payable on the day of your appointment. This also applies to touch-up procedures.

If the deposit is not received the booking will be cancelled without notice.

For procedures, payment balance is due the day of the procedure via cash, cheque or debit/credit card only.

 

Cancellation Policy:

**To avoid unfair delays to other clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule.**

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, minimum 48 hour advance notice is mandatory or the deposit becomes non-refundable.

If you do not reschedule a minimum 48 hours in advance, you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another 50% deposit to secure your next appointment.

 

Additional Treatment Policy:

If at any time, you go to another technician after Olya has done your original procedure/s, Olya can no longer perform any future touch ups. If you have had prior Semi Permanent Makeup procedure/s from another technician and require corrective work you will need to advise Olya prior to the appointment. It will be up to her discretion as to whether or not a procedure will be possible.

Clients that have had Semi-Permanent Makeup performed by another technician will be charged the full price for the first visit with Olya regardless of the procedure.

Once the free follow-up procedure is completed, any further work constitutes new procedure and is charged accordingly.
