I’ve had Botox before with someone else, and it usually stings, but with Olya, it didn’t at all. One thing I really appreciate about Olya is her excellent customer care. She includes a follow-up appointment to check everything is settling well and that you’re happy with the results. I’ll be going back in two weeks for the check-up, and honestly, this is a level of service I’ve never had with Botox before. Olya managed to correct this by warming the tone of the eyebrows and it looks less like I’ve painted them on. I have lost all of my eyebrows and now my lashes are going but with the SPMU, Olya has recreated my brows and lashes, to frame my face. Since having semi permanent make up it has restored my confidence and by having refreshes every 18 months keeps the colours vibrant. Olya is a lovely lady that makes you feel at ease and the salon is a really nice environment to have the treatment. It's worth the 2 hour round trip to know I'm in expert hands. I highly recommend Olys's work and wouldn't trust anyone else with my brows and lashes.

Olya deals with colour correction as well as being part of finishing touches - so in such an unregulated industry she represents quality. Safe to say I’m still going to her all these years later. She’s the only one I trust to go anywhere near my face now especially as I’m quite so OCD with shape and shade. She also offers meso which all the celebrities are doing which does wonders for my skin. I just go and have a colour refresh with meso now and it’s such an indulgent treat!!! Highly recommended and cannot wait until she also starts neostrata - a treatment to the stars - just like Olya !!!!!!

I recently decided I wanted my eyeliner touched up.. well.. fixed. I googled semi-permanent make up around Wiltshire, and Olya's page came up. I looked her up - her procedures, photo's, reviews etc.. and I really liked what I saw. So it went from there.. We booked an appointment and I went in one evening. I also decided to have my lips slightly coloured whilst I was at it. Olya was very friendly and welcoming. She explained everything before we started. She reassured me throughout the process and remained professional. Olya was precise and really did do a good job. We then had a touch up a few weeks later. Olya had just moved into her new salon and was very professional and again welcoming. During the process Olya made sure she took her time to get an accurate and precise result. She always asked if i was ok, and was just generally lovely. I had flicked eyeliner with star dusting, and very minimal blushed lips. I love the look, and have received compliments. I would 100% recommend Olya, definitely the best around that i've seen. Shelley xx
